The Gare de Paris-Est, also known as Gare de l'Est (originally called Gare de Strasbourg), is one of the six major terminus stations of the SNCF network in Paris. It is located in the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul district, in the 10th arrondissement, not far from the Gare du Nord station. Its facade closes the perspective of the north-south axis pierced by Baron Haussmann and consisting mainly of the Boulevard de Strasbourg.
